We are up on the latest trends, and know what the magazines say, but we aren't selling their products. We aren't selling anyone's products. We are only interested in helping you make the best aesthetic and financial decisions possible, in a way you can afford, period.

It can be difficult to decide whether to add a second story, additional square footage to an existing floor, or reconfigure existing space. Unfortunately, YouTube can't solve every problem. Sometimes you need expert advice tailored to your home or someone to discuss design details with, to get it right the first time. Sometimes having a good idea and enough knowledge to execute it isn't as valuable as knowing what NOT to do.
